AMAZING Stay! It was such a gem! I would definitely come back again. Beautiful location, clean, peaceful! What more could someone ask for? The kitchen had everything and more if you want to cook or bake something. The porch was perfect to have a hot coffee or hot tea! Had me questioning if I should just extend my stay but unfortunately work is calling my name. I would recommend this Airbnb 100%!

Beautiful, comfortable condo in an absolutely stunning location. This was my third time in Kauai but my first time to stay on the North Shore. I can’t imagine a more beautiful area than the area this condo is situated. The lanai is surrounded by lush tropical plants and mountain views. And walking out of the condo took our breath away - even on our last day. The 1 Hotel has incredible sunrise (Neighbors Coffee) and sunset (Welina Terrace) views.
The condo was well-equipped, comfortable, and exactly as photographed. (But beware, it’s not stocked with coffee!) Amanda was a friendly and responsive host. Check in and out were quick and easy. All-around lovely experience. Would love to stay here again!

BEAUTIFUL! This place is in a perfect spot in Princeville with easy access to beaches and scenic lookouts. It s short drive to Hanalei for shopping and good food. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Loved ours stay at Amanda's beautiful place. It was our first visit to Kauai and we were so happy with how close it was to the town. Only a short walk to hideaway beach and beautiful views. We enjoyed breakfast on the lanai and it was a perfect and comfortable stay after exploring the island. We would love to visit and stay again!

Amanda’s place is a great stay for any couple. Perfectly homely, I’d love to stay for longer. We had dreamy rain at night and cool air.
The only little noise came from Nextdoor neighbor but with the AC or a fan on couldn’t hear their movie.
Washer and dryer was a huge plus

Amanda’s place was the perfect base for our stay in the north - you’re a short drive from Hanelei and everything there plus down the road from 1 Hotel which has a great Terrace for sunset drinks. Recently renovated, its an incredibly cute and charming little spot to stay at and we enjoyed sitting on her balcony after a day exploring. Super comfy bed as well! Amanda also provided super clear instructions on how to check in and what was around to see / do / eat.

We loved our stay at Amanda’s boho studio in Princeville. It had absolutely everything you could need, and was comfortable and squeaky clean! The location is superb. The beach is so close and you can walk to the 1hotel down the road, which we enjoyed for an awesome sunset happy hour. Hanalei is a quick drive. The lanai looks out into the lush jungle and is truly special to gaze at in all weather. The decor was well designed, crisp, and clean! Amanda was responsive and helpful. She even left us a tote bag as a gift and was extremely accommodating when we requested a late checkout. 10/10 would recommend and will certainly stay again!

Amanda's place was great! It has everything as described and was perfect for a get away in Kauai! The extra amenities for the beach were just what we needed and saved us from having to rent or buy things to enjoy our stay. Great location with great views right outside! Very close to the new One Hotel to walk to for dinner. Area is very nice with walking/bike lanes for safe walks and runs. Highly recommend! Amanda was also very responsive prior and during our stay.

Amandas Wohnung ist ein kleiner Schatz: Das Apartment hat die perfekte Größe und Lage. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Fußläufig sind mehrere atemberaubende Strände zu erreichen und bis zum nächsten guten Café sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. Amanda hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht - mit ihrer hilfreichen, immer freundlichen Kommunikation und vor allem der Ausstattung. Von Strandtüchern über Stühle bis hin zum Sonnenschirm ist alles vorhanden! Ich freue mich schon darauf, wieder bei Amanda wohnen zu dürfen. Vielen Dank für die schönen Zeit
